Esta compañía Reemplazó mi techo usando la aseguranza Hicieron un buen trabajo. Para empezar la aseguranza no querían cubrir nada Porque decían que mi techo estaba muy viejo. Erik y su equipo Pelearon con la aseguranza Para conseguir lo que se ocupaba para reemplazar mi techo. Al fin ganaron usaron mejor materia de lo que tenía Y cambiaron lugares adonde la madera estaba podrida. Me ayudaron mucho y hacieron todo lo que me puso la aseguranza. I had a great experience with 911 Exteriors Roofing and Construction. They recently replaced my roof, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish.

I highly recommend 911 Exteriors! Our insurance company was being extremely difficult throughout the process, but 911 Exteriors took care of everything for us. We never had to stress or worry about dealing with the insurance company because they handled it from start to finish.

Our representative, Abel Garcia, did an amazing job. He communicated with us every step of the way, was completely transparent, and always made sure we understood what was going on. He truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible.

911 Exteriors Roofing & Construction y Erik Ortiz me ayudaron con un reclamo de aseguranza en una de mis casas en white settlement. Hicieron un gran trabajo y pudieron trabajar con mi aseguranza hasta que ellos pudieron aprobar el techo.Pusieron teja de alta calidad y mejor que tenía antes de el reemplazo. Aúnque se tardó un poco la oficina hizo un gran trabajo de comunicarse conmigo y explicando cómo iba el proceso. 911 roofing did an amazing job on my roof.  Erik Ortiz was an amazing point of contact and contracting lead and was always available to answer questions and give status updates.  They also handled issues with my solar panels after the fact so all in all Id give them 100 out of 100.  They also did a grest job fighting with the insurance company to get them to cover a full replacement.
