My insurance company gave me a hard time and denied my storm damage claim for my roof and other items, you can imagine the frustration as a homeowner. I don’t have the means to fight Insurance company nor experience how I do that. 911 Exteriors demonstrated impeccable experience, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship they have from the get-go explained the process they went through attention to detail reports assist with the props and experts. At the end my claim was reversed for full approval. I am incredibly happy there isn’t enough words here to say to give these guys enough praises their entire staff his top-tier working with Ash, office staff and they’re huge field team. Please don’t waste any time if you have a denied claim call these guys they know what they’re doing hands-down

What can I say? 911 Exteriors is the best roofing company in Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex from replacing my roof to keeping great communication with my representative Abel Garcia. They kept up with specific details. Made sure my plants were protected cleaned up beautifully. All my neighbors love my new roof it’s a beautiful color. I've been told for years by other roofing companies that insurance would not cover my roof. I got connected with 911 Exteriors, and in a matter of only a couple of months, our roof was replaced beautifully and they got my insurance company to pay. 911 Exteriors will fight for you to get what you are owed and will do a marvelous job on your roof. Abel was who worked with me, and he was great at communicating along the way and always very kind and helpful. I could not be happier with their service!!

911 exteriors and Abel Garcia help me get my roof approved through my insurance after a crazy health storm. I was very grateful for the help through my insurance claim even after my HOA was giving me a lot of problems, selecting a color the owner of 911 exteriors, Mr. Ash Abraham came and assisted us called the HOA personally and got it taken care of. They handled all the stress for us through the claim through the hell storm Making sure everything was clean and making sure I had the best possible shingles. I highly recommend them. they are well deserving of the five star rating they’ve earned.
